Accessing material at Concodia and beyond

AT CONCORDIA:
  • NOTE: The Findit@Concordia button in most of our Databases can often help you directly access Concordia material, but IT DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK! You'll need the alternatives below.

  • ACCESS BOOKS: Use our library catalogue CLUES - try the Search Options for title, author, keyword and more.

  • ACCESS JOURNALS: Use the CLUES Journal Title Search option or E-journals search page.

  • *TIP: Use the Article Delivery Form for journals at Concordia that are not online.

BEYOND CONCORDIA:
  • See our other library catalogues page to check for material at other institutions locally and worldwide.

  • WorldCat simultaneously searches the catalogues of more than 10,000 libraries worldwide and Google Books searches within the pages of millions of books.

  • ProQuest Dissertations & Theses offers the full text of many thousands of theses from approximately 1997 onwards. See also our How to find theses guide.

  • Use COLOMBO (our Interlibrary Loans form) to request - for free - books, journal articles and conference papers from anywhere in the world. [use the Create Request link for items you cannot find]

  • Obtain a CREPUQ card to borrow material from other libraries yourself.
