Introduction to wearables: Arduino 101

Come and transform an item of clothing into a blinking, colour-changing, wearable device. If you want to take your creation home with you, you will need purchase materials similar to this kit at ABRA Electronics as well as the fabric item in which you would like to embed the electronics. If you are not ready to take that leap, follow along on one of our Arduino Uno kits. Please bring your laptop or sign one out before the workshop.

No prior programming, electronics or sewing experience required! For people just wanting a simple introduction to Arduino, this is a great place to start.
