Library Sources in Chinese

Welcome

This guide lists a selection of the more important sources of information on chinese available at Concordia Libraries. It includes material held in the Webster Library (WEB) on the Sir George Williams Downtown Campus, the Vanier Library (VAN) on the Loyola Campus and/or available online. Most materials are located in the Reference area (REF). This is not a complete list. Additional resources may be found by searching CLUES, the library catalogue.

  • China Vitae: Provides biographical information on more than 4000 Chinese leaders.
  • MCLC Resource Center: Bibliographies of mostly English-language materials on modern Chinese literature, film, art, and culture.
  • Internet Guide to Chinese Studies: Part of the World Wide Web Virtual Library Project, this site containes annotated links to internet sites that may be useful to anyone with some interest in "Greater China".
