- First database to use to find articles about music. RILM is the most comprehensive music bibliographic database. It provides citation for international scholarly journals, magazines and newsletters articles, books, dissertations and thesis, reviews and conference proceedings dating from 1967 to the present day. It covers all genres and styles of music (e.g., classical, jazz, popular).

- Another useful source to find articles on dance activity in Canada, especially reviews of dance performances held in Canada. - Good source to begin a research or to search for articles on multidisciplinary topics.
