  UNAIDS provides global statistics and many reports on the social and economic impact of AIDS worldwide.

  "Epidemiological Fact Sheets contain the most recent country-specific data on HIV/AIDS prevalence and incidence, together with information on behaviours (e.g. casual sex and condom use) that can spur or stem the transmission of HIV. The data include prevention indicators originally developed by WHO's Global Programme on AIDS, which aim to measure trends in knowledge of AIDS, relevant behaviours, and a host of other factors influencing the epidemic."
