ACTS: Atlantic Canada Theatre Site

This is "an academically-refereed Internet site which publishes a wide range of primary research materials of interest to Canadian theatre scholars..." Includes drama texts, a drama bibliography, 19th century theatre playbills, performance calendars, and the journal Theatre Research in Canada.

Provides a large number of links to scene, costume, and lighting designs. The range is from classic to contemporary plays. Indexed by title, playwright, designer, and producer.

Playwrights Union of Canada

"The national, non-profit association of professional playwrights. It represents approximately 350 members, distributes more than 2,000 Canadian plays, administers production rights, and engages in on-going discussions regarding issues of relevance to its membership. Important criteria for membership are: Canadian citizenship, or landed immigrant status; and having written at least one professionally produced play." Includes a searchable catalogue of Canadian plays.
