Room booking for academic events

Concordia Faculty and Staff may use this form to submit a request to book one of five rooms in the Webster Library (SGW Campus) for academic activities. Rooms may also be booked for Thesis Defense.

Student associations who wish to book a room for an academic event must have a faculty sponsor who will request the room(s) and be present during the event.

Rooms cannot be booked for group study or for final preparation before exams.

*If a special setup is required for LB-361, the Library Administration will place work order for setup. Requestor will provide budget code for billing purposes. Please fill in room configuration on last page and be specific. Please note that due to lack of storage space, room cannot be completely cleared of all furniture.

Date & time

If your event spans multiple dates, indicate this in the "Additional information" box below.

For start and end times, include time needed for set-up and clean-up.

If guest Wi-Fi is required for external attendees, please refer to IITS’ web page. To fill out a help ticket for guest accounts, you must provide the number of attendees, the event name and budget code, as there is a cost.

In the case of LB-322, please see room description. If you require POD setup, please indicate whether you require 4 people per pod or 6 people per pod. Due to the heavy usage of this room during the fall and winter semester, preferred setup cannot be guaranteed.
