Room booking for academic events

Request form

Concordia Faculty and Staff may use this form to submit a request to book one of five rooms in the Webster Library (SGW Campus) or one of three rooms at the Vanier Library (Loyola Campus) for academic activities. Rooms may also be booked for Thesis Defense.

Student associations who wish to book a room for an academic event must have a faculty sponsor who will request the room(s) and be present during the event.

Rooms cannot be booked for group study or for final preparation before exams.

For start and end times, include time needed for set-up and clean-up.






If guest Wi-Fi is required for external attendees, please refer to IITS’ web page. To fill out a help ticket for guest accounts, you must provide the number of attendees, the event name and budget code, as there is a cost.
