Visualization Studio

Powerful, flexible and immersive

The Visualization Studio provides users with a touch screen interface to select their desired visual layout and audio routing. The video sources available in the studio include the studio graphic workstation PC (3 4K outputs totalling 11,520 x 2,160 pixels), 2 VR workstation PCs, 8 HDMI user inputs and 1 AirMedia wireless presentation system. In addition, users may route all HDMI and 3 analogue audio sources to up to 4 overhead audio zones.

Interactive LCD display wall measuring 9.2 m x 1.7 m (363.6" x 68.5") with an available resolution of 11,520 x 2,160 pixels
Dell Precision 7910 graphic workstation running a 22-core Intel Xeon E5-2699 v4 processor with 64Gb RAM and an NVIDIA Quadro P5000 GPU
VuWall video processor capable of displaying and dynamically configuring multiple video inputs on the wall
8 HDMI device inputs, and 3 3.5mm analogue audio inputs
4 overhead audio zones
2 HTC Vive workstation PCs

Please make sure you schedule ample time to test your application with the software installed on the studio workstation to ensure version compatibility, etc. Should you require an application not currently installed on the machine, please email these details to visualization@concordia.ca. Please note that if we are able to accommodate your request, it may take up to five business days to have the software installed.
