External Community Registration
Students, staff and faculty from Concordia or other Québec universities can use their respective institutional ID cards to borrow from the Library. Members of the external community need a Library Privilege Card in order to borrow items.
To obtain a Library Privilege Card, you must bring the documents required for your user group to either the Loans & Returns desk at the Webster Library or the Circulation desk at the Vanier Library. Once your user group is confirmed you will be asked to complete an online registration form; for more information about the form, see the section below about the External Community Registration Form. Please do not fill in the form before visiting one of the two circulation desks.

Please speak to staff at either Webster Library's Loans & Returns Desk or Vanier Library's Circulation Desk before completing the following form so as to confirm what borrower category to select and to make sure you have the required documentation to complete the registration process.
